Request Library Branch Connections from OPLIN

Let OPLIN do the work to connect your library branches to the internet.

OPLIN will contract with a service provider to deliver one gigabit service to each branch; we will pay the charges and file for E-rate reimbursements. Once a year, the library will get a bill from OPLIN.

There are two levels of connectivity:

Fiber internet; guaranteed 1Gbps download, 1Gbps upload; $2,000 per year/per branch
Coax/copper internet; up to 1Gbps download, 35Mbps upload; $750 per year/per branch

To get started, fill out and submit the form below by December 1, 2025. Submit a separate form for each branch needing service.
