OPLIN currently has no 470s open for data transmission and/or internet access, but vendors are welcome to review our list of potential sites (Google Sheet; Excel spreadsheet) that will appear on 470s in the coming months.
Answers will be posted here, for the benefit of all bidders.

Is OPLIN open to a leased last mile access model? [Vendor] has capabilities across the entire state with that type of access and would like to bid on these circuits. However if that is not part of the model that OPLIN will accept we will no bid on those opportunities outside of our direct fiber footprint.

We will consider all qualified bids. OPLIN does prefer Type I connections over Type II, but will accept Type II when that is our best option per bids eval criteria.
