Bids for application #260015483 "OPLIN FY2026 Internet Access CIPA Compliant Libraries" are due February 17, 2026.
Bids for applications #260016331"OPLIN FY2026 Branch DIA," #260016348 "OPLIN FY2026 Circuit Clean-Up," and #260016357 "OPLIN FY2026 ELAN" are due February 20, 2026 with questions due in writing to branchcircuits@oplin.ohio.gov by February 9, 2025.

Is OPLIN open to a leased last mile access model? [Vendor] has capabilities across the entire state with that type of access and would like to bid on these circuits. However if that is not part of the model that OPLIN will accept we will no bid on those opportunities outside of our direct fiber footprint.

We will consider all qualified bids. OPLIN does prefer Type I connections over Type II, but will accept Type II when that is our best option per bids eval criteria.
